While in Singapore David Reid caught up with me and recorded our conversation for Apache’s unofficial podcast—Feathercast. I’m not sure I’m interesting enough to warrant a podcast episode, but David disagreed. My journey to China, the recent ASF board election, and the Hong Kong conference are apparently reason enough. You can find the interview on the Feathercast website or on iTunes.
Just one last note: Between my new ASF responsibilities and hacking on the ApacheCon websites, I’ve been working on setting up an actual company here in Hong Kong, an extension of the open source consulting I’ve done in the US under JadeTower. The paperwork should be done any day now, so I’m hoping to write a lot more about this next week.
