Where are China's Java User Groups?

User groups often rely on a few key individuals making them happen. Some areas enjoy plenty of very active technical user groups. In others, they never seem to catch on. Back in Pittsburgh, the Java user group was actually pretty healthy with a well-subscribed but mostly quiet mailing list and regular well attended monthly meetings.

So where are the China Java User Groups?

There are several listed on Sun’s site, but they all appear defunct. Are user groups just not viable in China? I’ve seen active groups in Hong Kong and Taiwan (though the HK group has been sleeply lately too). So what is it about mainland China?

Or are all the developers involved in some other groups or activities? If anyone knows, please share. I’d love to know where the Java engineers are hiding.
