Kindle Update

As I was trying approaches to format PDFs for easy viewing on our Kindle Hippolyta, the Kindle screensaver showed a slide asking for feedback. I have some feedback and having already invested in a blog post, writing an email only seemed fair. That way Amazon can know where to focus future efforts. Not only did I receive a prompt, personalized reply. But from the wording, it was clear that they read and understood my recommendations:

I really appreciate your thoughts about changing the design of keypad to avoid accidental command, improvisation in the PDF reader and the options to sync automatically for the manually added items. I’ve taken have forwarded your concern to our development team and we’ll consider your feedback as we plan further improvements. We’re regularly working on improvements to your Kindle experience.
